Good watch but can’t see the time at night

I am so disappointed I paid 128 for a g-shock watch the watch looks great but it’s useless and the worst thing about it is the way they designed the watch you can’t see the time at night even if you hit the back light. And I bought it only to find out there’s no return policy on the watch so I’m stuck with a useless nice looking design on my arm smh

My disabled partner Orders a watch two weeks ago.It still has not arrived even though it was in stock.This was supposed to be my birthday present.Phooyeybon you Casio.Your watches are rubbish.I'll stick to Seiko and Citizen who know how to look after their customers.

The watch is as as great as described. But the service is very poor.

Extremely rude to say the least, tried to ask genuine serious questions about a one plus 8 pro Mobile phone I was interested in, when I asked about condition and imei number, I was told only after an offer would I be granted the imei number, so I offered e1 to be able to pm him with an offer of the full amount but with free postage, he blocked me on Adverts.ie so I was unable to comment or even make an offer ,
I am on Adverts.ie and done deal buying and selling for years long before this crowd appeared,fairly dissatisfied and disappointed with their awful customer care AVOID

Horrible on-line experience. I bought a $300 watch and paid $30 for the Express 1/2 day shipping.
two days later my watch still hasn’t even been shipped out to me and I can’t get a hold of anyone through email or phone number to give me any kind of update information.
As of yet I still have no information as far as when the watch might be delivered or where it is the delivery process.
I really expected more from a large company like Cacio and I expected better customer service but I guess not this will be the last time I ever buy anything from them.

I would give this website 0 stars if I could. I will never order from this place again. I am so upset! I ordered 3 watches from them and when I ordered them they said it was "in stock" which was a lie because after they took the money out of my account which was INSTANTLY, they sent me a message saying that ALL of the watches were "OUT OF STOCK". If I knew they were "out of stock I would not have ordered them. Now I received a message saying that my order has shipped so I tried to track it and it says that my tracking number doesn't even exist. Not to mention it says FedEx and USPS so I'm not even sure who is supposed to deliver them. Also every time I message them which is a lot they never get back to me or answer the phone. Now I'm out almost $300 so please think twice about ordering from this website.

Horrible online and retail experience. Preordered watch and everything was set so I waited for release. Night before releases I get an email that says sorry your order didn’t complete. The item was now sold out and all my time was wasted. Next they released a watch, Goku collab, it sells out in one minute. No ability to preorder or anything. But they continue to advertise it as available everywhere, continue to pretend like it’s a part of their active line up. All misleading and false. I will never own a gshock and will share this to every outlet possible. They do not care about customers, only their image.

As a present for my son, I got him a MTGB watch from G-Shock for his 16th birthday. He plays a lot of sports and I read that these watches can withstand any activities so I purchased because of that. He loves it very much and wears it all the time, even on dates with his girlfriend. It looks really good too. A good purchase!
